"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I added 2 new cars to my policy and they raised my policy $300 A MONTH because I couldn’t install the beacon because they didn’t send me the beacon. I called them when it didn’t arrive and they told me to handle myself via the app. The girl who answers the phone is so rude and said maybe my credit was the issue. I have perfect credit. So rude! I canceled my car policy and the girl was rude the entire time, talking over me and refusing to get the agent. She just kept saying “I am helping you”. Spend your money elsewhere."

Regarding the Drive Safe & Save beacon, we did review the situation and confirmed that the device was processed and marked as delivered by the carrier. However, I understand that technology issues and delivery confusion can still happen, and I’m sorry the experience felt unclear. Your premium adjustment was not related to your credit — which we do not have access to — but rather the system recalculating your rate while the program remained inactive. I’m also very concerned to hear that your interaction with our team did not feel helpful or respectful. That is not the standard we strive for, and I am addressing this with my staff personally. If you’re willing, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can fully understand what happened and work toward a better experience. Please feel free to contact my office.
